After working for close to a decade with Zuari Investments, DSP Merrill Lynch, and Citibank, Hardeep Singh founded Capital Financial Distributors in the year 2004. He continues to lead the team at Capital Financial Distributors using his rich experience in the field of Financial Investments that has lived through the Capital Market dynamics since the year 1994. What makes Hardeep, successful is that he has a very clear understanding of which client segment he is looking to serve, what is the key gap in the service they are currently receiving and on this basis, offering a value proposition that his clients are actually looking for but not getting. Hardeep’s ability to understand a customer’s Financial investment requirements and strike a personal rapport with him are key factors in his being popular with his customers and the relationships last for years on end resulting in high customer retention ratio.
